Building Guardian Program. This is a new program which assigns two people to each building on campus to act as guardians. They will receive training in emergency actions, such as the location of emergency exits, use of fire extinguishers, and location of telephone land lines. This program is evolving. One of the purposes of this program is to create an additional way to communicate with and protect our community comprised of of numerous individuals located in various kinds of buildings across campus. This program will be in addition to and in conjunction with other methods of communication, such as bull horns, sirens, etc.
